As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelli Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

• Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
