This role assists with onboarding, employee support, HRIS administration, benefits coordination, compliance tracking, recruiting support, and employee lifecycle processes.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while working alongside an experienced and collaborative HR team.Key Responsibilities:Support daily Human Resources operations, projects, and administrative processesRespond to employee questions and HR inquiries while ensuring appropriate escalation of sensitive mattersManage onboarding and new hire processes, including tracking employment requirements and onboarding documentationSupport employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, changes, benefits updates, and separationsMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data within PaycomAssist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee educationCoordinate documentation and communications related to annual open enrollmentSupport benefits recordkeeping processesMaintain confidentiality of employees’ payroll, and HR-related informationConduct audits of HR records and assist with compliance tracking and corrective actionsSupport performance review processes, communications, and trackingAssist with employee engagement and HR communication initiativesCollaborate with HR team members to improve processes and enhance employee experiencePerform other duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsMinimum of one (1) year of professional or corporate work experience requiredBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceBasic understanding of Human Resources principles and practicesExperience with HRIS platforms preferred; Paycom experience is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentHigh level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationWhy Join Us?Join a collaborative Human Resources team supporting one of the nation’s leading aviation security organizations.
