Ultralife Corporation

Ultralife Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to manage the New Product Development department in Newark. You will lead multidisciplinary engineers and project managers, guiding the full product lifecycle from concept to production and aligning with key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and proven program management skill, with a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
