Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding team in Stockton, Illinois!

• Location: Stockton, Illinois
• Schedule: Full-time with a stable routine that promotes clinical independence
• Work Environment: 100% outpatient setting with excellent administrative and operational support
• Call Rotation: Excellent rotation with no weekend shifts
• Referral Sources: Access to a wide range of multi-specialty referrals
• Organization Type: 501(c)(3) non-profit
• Facilities: Onsite lab and X-ray services available

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible
• Completed residency training in a family medicine program accredited by ACGME
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Expertise in delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages

We offer a highly competitive initial salary guarantee transitioning to a production-based model after the first year, along with a comprehensive benefits package:

• Salary Range: $285,000 - $350,000
