What You'll Do As a Barista, you'll prepare smoothies, fresh juices, bowls, and food while delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest. You'll maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation, follow food safety and sanitation standards, support your teammates during busy shifts, and complete opening and closing responsibilities. We value team members who communicate well, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of barista or related food service experience. A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
