Control Specialist

Seeking a Control Specialist to monitor production performance and implement effective process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Ensure materials, resources, and equipment are available to meet production requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement effective process controls.
• Develop and track performance measures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote health, safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
• Support the development, training, and performance of production employees.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and problem-solving.
• Work with internal teams, customers, and suppliers as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Quality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems, spreadsheets, word processing, and database software.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and effectively manage multiple priorities.
