The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive employee information.Job Type: Temp to PermJob Salary: $23/hourJob Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs/weekJob Location: Richmond, TX 77469Pre-Employment Requirements: Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessmentsResponsibilities:Assist with payroll processing and payroll data entryReview timesheets and payroll records for accuracyMaintain employee and payroll filesRespond to payroll-related employee inquiriesPerform general administrative and clerical support dutiesEnsure compliance with company payroll procedures and confidentiality standardsRequirements:Fluent in English and Spanish1+ year of payroll, payroll support, bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or administrative experienceStrong data entry and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential informationAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday in Richmond, TXPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of payroll experienceExperience with payroll software or HRIS systemsHigh-volume payroll or employee records experience
