- Assist with payroll processing and payroll data entry
- Review timesheets and payroll records for accuracy
- Maintain employee and payroll files
- Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties
- Ensure compliance with company payroll procedures and confidentiality standards
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 1+ year of payroll, payroll support, bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or administrative experience
- Strong data entry and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Richmond, TX
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Experience with payroll software or HRIS systems
- High-volume payroll or employee records experience
