Ensures workstation data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions. Ensures standard operating procedures are followed. Develops and maintains comprehensive operating system hardware and software documentation. Areas of support include desktops, laptops, phone and voicemail, network, server, and other hardware.
