The selected candidate will be responsible for performing detailed title research, examining public records, preparing title abstracts, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of real estate documentation. Additional tasks include communicating with clients and relevant parties, managing timelines, and adhering to industry regulations and standards to deliver high‑quality services. Qualifications Proficiency in Title Research, Public Records Examination, and Real Estate Documentation Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail Effective Communication and Client Relationship Management Abilities Ability to Manage Deadlines, Organized Workflow, and Prioritize Tasks Knowledge of Title Insurance Processes and Industry Regulations Experience in the real estate sector is a plus Proficiency with relevant software and tools is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and work accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
