Commercial Concrete Project Leader

Our client, a top-performing company in the commercial concrete industry, is looking for a skilled individual to lead their projects in Louisville, KY. They specialize in high-quality cast-in-place concrete work across various sectors such as Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Due to their continued growth in the Midwest, they now require a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the area. This is an exciting chance to join a prominent player in the field and contribute to their expansion.Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years experience managing commercial concrete projects with values ranging from $500,000 to $30M- Focus on client satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail- Dependable and collaborative team player
