Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced Medical Assistants for a busy practice in located in Cary (near WakeMed Cary Hospital).

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8am to 5pm

Friday: 8am to 2pm

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Temp to Perm - Looking to hire quickly!

CMA/RMA is required!

Prior Gastroenterology experience is not required but is highly preferred.

Athena experience a major plus!

Summary:

The Medical Assistant is responsible for accurately rooming patients, assisting with phone duties and ensuring communication between the Physician, midlevel and Nurse, in order to give safe and competent clinical care to the patients.

Requirements:

- Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration is required.

- At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high volume clinic environment

- Excellent knowledge of EMR and computer systems

- Sensitivity to patient problems and concerns

- Current BLS certification
