Care Manager RN

Unit manager approved the option of either 8 hour or 10 hour shifts. Start date: ASAP. Shift is 5x8 HR, a 4x10 HR option may be available upon request. Years of experience required: 2 years minimum. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend. Certifications required: BLS and WA RN or Compact Lic. CCM or ACM preferred. Is on-call required? No. Will this traveler need to float between like units? Yes, floating is required within scope to meet facility needs. Locals accepted: No. What is the local radius rule? 50-mile. Pending License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: None, but prefer to keep it under seven days. All requests must be in submission. Special requirements: Inpatient acute care experience is required and is a hard stop. Units served include ICU, PCU, ED, Family Birth, Adult Medical.

Compliance Requirements:

1. Provide current copy of WA license or COMPACT license if applicable.
2. Copies of all required certs listed in job description proving the certs are not expired.
3. Proof of local address: Please provide proof of permanent residence (preferably a driver's license) showing the candidate's perm address is within 50 miles of the facility.
4. Over 50 miles? Please still submit DL proof of perm residence – we may have other local opportunities that waive the 50-mile rule.
5. Completed questionnaire to move forward with the submission.
6. TEMP TO PERM/HIRE JOBS: Include a statement direct from clinician stating they are interested in a temp to perm opportunity.

• Interview availability: Be sure you provided 3 interview times with time zones and confirm candidate availability—no-shows will disqualify them from all future Health System roles.
• During the interview, the client may ask if the clinician is interested in permanent employment.
