Flying Biscuit in Mount Pleasant is seeking a full-time Lead Line Cook to prepare breakfast and lunch in a fast-paced kitchen. This position offers a consistent schedule of five days per week, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Join an established restaurant that has served the community for eight years and built a loyal customer base.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items.
- Execute recipes consistently and accurately.
- Manage an assigned kitchen station.
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Clean and organize the kitchen.
Required Qualifications
- Prior line cooking experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of line cooking experience.
