We're hiring Caregivers - compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)

* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

* Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

* Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred

* Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)

* Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards

* Effective communicator in verbal and written English

* Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

* Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range

$16-$17 USD
