QualificationsRegistered Nurses (RN)

• Current Texas RN license in good standing

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Current Texas CNA certification in good standing

Caregivers

• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility)

All Applicants Must Have:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (In-Person Course Only)

• Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months

• Valid Texas Driver's License

• Current Auto Insurance

• Reliable Transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and assisting clients with mobility.
