Job Description
Title: Med-Surg RN

Schedule:
Shift: 12 hr days (7a-7p)

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Must be willing to float to Step-down if needed

Compliance / Notes:
- Flu vaccine is required
- A maximum of 3 days off requests may be made per 13-week contract
- The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, guaranteed hours will not apply.
