Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Mechanic Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Evening-Night Shift | Some Weekends | Full-Time Overtime: Strong overtime opportunities available About Ragle Since 1993, Ragle Inc. has completed numerous construction projects across Texas, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. Position Summary Ragle Inc. is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Mechanic to support our field operations. This position is responsible for fueling, lubricating, inspecting, and performing preventive maintenance on heavy construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in the field. Key Responsibilities Fuel heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles Perform routine greasing and lubrication of equipment components Complete scheduled preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications Perform oil and filter changes, fluid checks, and top-offs Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, damage, and potential repair needs Monitor engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, DEF, transmission, and differential fluids Maintain accurate fuel, lubricant, and service records Report equipment concerns and needed repairs to the maintenance team Maintain a clean and safe fuel/lube truck and work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker (X) endorsement required Clean driving record 2+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience Must provide personal hand tools required for preventive maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude Dependable with consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills preferred Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the position What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Strong overtime opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Stable, Family-Oriented Company Culture Additional Information Ragle Inc. does not sponsor employment visas now or in the future Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify Offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and applicable pre-employment physical requirements Ragle Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
