This role is on-site at 3 ADP Boulevard, Roseland, New Jersey. 07068 Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do Consultative Selling: Engage directly with inbound callers to uncover their connectivity needs and deliver top-down sales solutions across our TV, internet, and wireless product suite. Objection Handling & Resilience: Confidently navigate customer hesitations, overcome multiple sales objections, and position the long-term value of Starlink and EchoStar products. Metric Ownership: Driven by a desire to Win, you’ll track daily key performance metrics, bounce back quickly from tough calls, and continuously refine your pitch. Skills, Experience and Requirements What You Bring Financial Ambition & Drive: You are fiercely money-motivated and energized by the opportunity to maximize an uncapped commission structure. Professional Flexibility: You hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent and are willing to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. Open to All Backgrounds: Prior call center or sales experience is a great bonus, but it is not required. We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success.
