We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will use hand tools, power tools, and standardized work instructions to assemble components and build high-quality products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble Components — Build products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications.
• Read Work Instructions — Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect Finished Parts — Perform quality checks to confirm products meet company standards.
• Operate Tools & Equipment — Safely use drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools required for production.
• Maintain Work Area — Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Meet Production Goals — Work efficiently to support daily output targets.
• Collaborate With Team — Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Shift & Pay

• 1st shift - 4/10 hr shifts (M-Th)
• Pay: $19/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cumming, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
