Responsibilities

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources at the Company's Corporate Office located in Lodi, CA.


What You'll Do

• Recruitment and Staffing : Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Policy Implementation : Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Compliance and Recordkeeping : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Performance Management : Support performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate employee development programs.
• Training and Development : Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• HR Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Support Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals, succession planning, and workforce development.

**This position is in office 4 days per week, WFH 1 day per week**

Education and Specifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related degree desirable.
• Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
