Medical Staff Services Professionals are the gatekeepers of patient safety - the first point in healthcare delivery, connecting providers and healthcare practitioners with patients. Summary: The Medical Staff Coordinator role includes responsibilities such as: compiles, evaluates, and presents practitioner - specific data collected for review to assure and assess provider competency toward the best healthcare delivery. The role requires extreme organization skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills along with the ability to work independently. Minimum Qualifications: Other information: Required Education and Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED and 5 years administrative support experience. “OR” HS Graduate or Equivalent GED and 3 years credentialing/medical staff office experience. “OR” Bachelor’s degree in related field and 6 months to 1 year related experience.
