Job Opportunity: Sleep Physician

Our organization, a fully independent and physician-owned practice specializing in pulmonary, allergy, and sleep medicine, is looking to recruit a full-time Sleep Physician on a partner track basis. Candidates must possess a medical degree from an accredited institution and hold active Board Certification in Sleep Medicine.

About Us

With a legacy of excellence spanning 50 years, we have established ourselves as the leading provider of pulmonary outpatient care in central Virginia. Our practice operates across five locations, each equipped to offer:

Comprehensive pulmonary function tests (PFTs)
Allergy testing and immunotherapy
Dispensing of biologic therapy

We maintain three sleep labs featuring a total of 12 beds and a robust home sleep testing program. Additionally, we provide inpatient consultative services at seven hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders.
Interpret sleep studies and prescribe/manage CPAP therapy, oral appliances, medications, and other treatment options as necessary.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, available treatment options, and lifestyle changes to enhance sleep quality.
