Description 7-Eleven & gas station at Leesburg, VA Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc. Job Responsibilities Meet and exceed customer expectations to provide an exceptional experience. Work with team members and support management to complete store tasks related to customer service, merchandising, food preparation, cleaning, cash register duties, and other tasks. Greet customers and ensure a positive experience. Operate cash register following company standards, including cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork. Perform daily store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, food service, cooler merchandising, vendor check-ins, and cleaning with efficiency and accuracy. Communicate daily issues or challenges to management. Ensure safety and operational policies are followed. Support management in ongoing tasks and assignments. Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the store. Requirements Customer service experience. Cash handling experience. High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
