Position Details Location: 3000 Medical Park Dr, Tampa, FL 33613. Schedule: Full time, Day shift. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation. Manage patients with arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and ventricular arrhythmias. Assist in the coordination and management of electrophysiology (EP) procedures (e.g., ablations, device implantation, loop recorders). Provide pre‑ and post‑procedural care and education for EP patients. Adjust medications including antiarrhythmics and anticoagulation therapies. Collaborate with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and care teams to develop treatment plans. Participate in inpatient consults, rounding, and outpatient follow‑up visits. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with AdventHealth standards. Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current Florida APRN license and national certification (ANCC/AANP). BLS and ACLS certification required. Electrophysiology or cardiology experience required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary. Occurrence‑based malpractice coverage. 403(b) retirement plan with 100% match up to 8%.
