Restaurant experience is not required. We look for people with a strong history of reliability, hard work, and caring service who can perform the role and are eager to grow. We provide the Chick-fil-A specific training you need to succeed.

Morning Availability

We are specifically looking for Team Members who can consistently work morning and daytime shifts .

Examples of schedules we are currently looking to fill include:

• 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

• 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Both part time and full time schedules are available. Exact days and hours will be established through a schedule agreement based on your availability and the needs of the restaurant.

What You Will Do

Back of House Team Members prepare safe, craveable, and accurate food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Essential responsibilities may include:

• Preparing, cooking, assembling, and packaging food according to Chick-fil-A standards

• Learning and working kitchen positions such as breading, fries, boards, assembly, and food preparation

• Stocking ingredients and supplies

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas

• Following food safety, quality, and operating procedures

• Completing assigned preparation, cleaning, opening, and shift responsibilities

The work is fast paced, physical, and team oriented.

This role requires standing and moving for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, working around hot kitchen equipment and changing temperatures, and regularly lifting and carrying approximately 5 to 35 pounds.
