Barback - Weekly Pay - Part/Full Time

Hourly wages are commensurate to experience and are paid weekly.

1 part time 28-32 hrs/wk

4 years related experience in a high-volume, high energy kitchen

A strong culinary acumen & ability to work independently

A desire to work in a professional, fun, fast paced kitchen while working under pressure

Skill‑set that properly uses kitchen implements, demonstrate knife skills and proper organization of a busy station and dishroom

A strong culinary background with deep knowledge of basic culinary techniques such as sauce preparation, emulsification, vinaigrettes, sauteing, oven roasting, and bread making

An interest in supporting local farmers and farmer’s markets

Serve Safe Certification or ability to obtain certificate within 30 days of employment. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines according to the State of Minnesota

Availability to work nights and weekends

Ability to use app based programs that streamline communication, scheduling and task lists
