Neuroscience Clinical Research Specialist

To support clinical research initiatives in neuroscience, the full-time remote Neuroscience Clinical Research Project Specialist will manage site activation, develop core study documents, and ensure regulatory compliance for various clinical studies. Key responsibilities Drive site activation and management for assigned clinical research studies Draft and refine essential clinical study documents, including protocols and informed consent forms Manage approvals and proposals for IRBs, imaging oversight committees, and grant applications Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO or project management role Bachelor's degree preferred Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Practical experience with AI prompt engineering and proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet Demonstrated ability in clinical research operations and customer success management
