Emergency Communications Dispatcher
City of Norcross, GA
The City of Norcross is seeking a Full-time Communications Officer I to support public safety communications. This entry-level role handles incoming calls, screens requests, and dispatches police and related personnel using radio, telephony, CAD, NCIC/GCIC access, and CivicReady systems. As part of the communications team, you will monitor cameras, relay information to officers, maintain logs, and participate in coordinating responses with external agencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
