We are seeking dedicated Bilingual English/Spanish Call Center Representatives to join our in-house team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support by handling calls, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through proactive and reactive communication
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform data entry and verify customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service roles
