We’re hiring Industrial Painters and Blasters to join a leading wind turbine manufacturing operation. Pay & Schedule $20.00 – $23.00/hour Pay is based on shift, position assignment, and relevant experience. Available Shifts: Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Overtime opportunities available. What You’ll Do As an Industrial Painter or Blaster, you’ll play a key role in preparing and finishing large steel wind turbine towers that will be used across the country. Responsibilities may include: Sandblasting and surface preparation of steel components Removing rust, scale, paint, and other contaminants using abrasive blasting equipment Applying industrial coatings using spray guns and painting equipment Preparing surfaces through sanding, grinding, cleaning, and masking Inspecting finished surfaces to ensure quality and coating standards are met Performing touch-ups and rework as needed Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organized Following all safety procedures and PPE requirements Working closely with production teams to meet manufacturing goals What We’re Looking For Experience in industrial painting, blasting, sandblasting, paint preparation, manufacturing, or production environments Experience operating spray guns, paint sprayers, blasting equipment, or similar industrial tools Ability to work safely in an industrial environment Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Preferred Experience Industrial coatings or paint booth operations Powder coating Heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication Large structure, tank, tower, or heavy equipment painting Surface preparation and abrasive blasting Why Join Our Team?
