You will create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.What You'll DoDeliver an exceptional guest experience by providing warm, personalized service throughout each visit.Welcome guests, provide spa tours, explain amenities, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, recommend spa services, and process guest payments.Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and remembering the thoughtful details that make each visit memorable.Support therapists by scheduling follow-up appointments and recommending retail products that complement guest services.Educate guests on Woodhouse services, treatments, memberships, promotions, and retail offerings.Partner with the Spa Manager and team to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold Woodhouse brand standards.Assist in achieving spa service and retail sales goals through exceptional guest education and service.Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming front desk environment.Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or spa operations preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.Ability to remain professional and adaptable while managing changing priorities.Basic computer proficiency and experience with reservation or scheduling systems preferred.Cash handling and basic accounting experience is a plus.Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.ScheduleDay and evening shifts available.Must be available to work weekends.Flexibility to work some holidays as needed.Regular and dependable attendance is required.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the spa for extended periods.Ability to occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.Why Join Woodhouse Spa?At Woodhouse, we believe our team members are the heart of the guest experience.
