This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing warm, personalized service throughout each visit.
Support therapists by scheduling follow-up appointments and recommending retail products that complement guest services.
Partner with the Spa Manager and team to maintain smooth daily operations and uphold Woodhouse brand standards.
Assist in achieving spa service and retail sales goals through exceptional guest education and service.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, retail, or spa operations preferred.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with reservation or scheduling systems preferred.
Cash handling and basic accounting experience is a plus.
Day and evening shifts available.
Must be available to work weekends.
Flexibility to work some holidays as needed.
