Position: Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser We are looking for a dedicated team member to fulfill merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays. Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines. Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access. Positive and professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently. Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed). Ability to download and use work‑related applications on personal device. Capacity to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meet defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs. Physical movement of products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves. Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25‑mile range of Tacoma, WA; secondary location Lakewood, WA. Open availability including weekends and holidays. 5‑6:00 A.M. Start Time. JBLM Base Commissaries included.
