QA AnalystLocation: St. Paul, MN 55106 Duration: 12 MonthsTasksParticipate in formal review of business/functional requirements and application designPrepare a Test PlanDetermine the types of testing that will be implementedDesign and document test casesIdentify and communicate test requirementsIdentify and prepare test dataExecute test casesAnalyze, report, help troubleshoot and resolve test failuresReport overall test status and resultsReport and log defects found as a result of the test executionPerform other testing tasks as may be required by the projectProvide knowledge transferMinimum QualificationsFive (5) years’ experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role with experience creating and executing manual test scripts for IT projectsTwo (2) years’ experience in Agile SDLCDesired SkillsExperience with program languages and software development technologies such as, JAVA,.NET, and SQLKnowledge of using test management toolsExperience performing, and working knowledge of Business Analysis and Project Management activitiesExperience in automating and executing tests using Selenium/C#Experience working with Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice SystemsExperience working with SDLC tracking tools such as Atlassian JiraCreating quality assurance relevant documentationParticipating in formal review of business/functional requirements and application designEstablishing test entrance and exit criteriaAnalyzing and reporting of overall test status and resultsDefining regression tests for future projectsAnticipating problems and demonstrated problem solving skillsDefect identification and triage skillsProven ability to collaborate, work effectively as part of a team.
