Sales Account Manager – Luxury Fitness Equipment Location: Atlanta, GA – Field-Based Territory: Atlanta + Approximately 3-Hour Radius Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings: $150,000+ Car Allowance / Travel Reimbursement Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive new business development and grow existing accounts throughout the Atlanta market. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with luxury hotels, high-end residential developments, multifamily communities, and wellness-focused organizations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a consultative, relationship-driven sales professional with a proven ability to develop new business, manage complex sales cycles, and build long-term client partnerships. Job Responsibilities: Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the assigned territory. Prospect and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Build relationships with hospitality, luxury residential, multifamily, and wellness clients. Conduct in-person meetings with customers and prospects. Present customized fitness and wellness solutions based on client needs. Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle. Achieve or exceed sales and profitability goals. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster long-term partnerships. Qualifications: 3+ years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience. Experience managing complex, solution-based sales. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred. Strong organizational and territory management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a field-based territory. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Experience selling premium, luxury, or solution-based products. Experience calling on hospitality, residential development, multifamily, commercial real estate, fitness, or wellness clients. Existing relationships within the Atlanta hospitality or residential development market are a plus.
