- Be the first point of contact for potential customers-via phone, email, text, and chat
- Respond to leads FAST and follow up with precision
- Set appointments that turn into showroom traffic
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Crush daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Keep our CRM system clean and up-to-date
- High-energy personality with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or sales role is a HUGE plus
- Goal-oriented mindset-you love to win and hate to lose
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy-you're comfortable navigating CRMs, phones, and multiple screens
