Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Temporary Equipment Operator to support our shipping operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of parts using various material handling equipment to build, load, and unload orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts safely and proficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
• Utilize an RF scanner to accurately pull, place, load, and unload parts, ensuring precise inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Build and stage orders for shipping according to specifications.
• Perform pre-operation checks on equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Schedule:

This is a temporary position with a consistent full-time schedule:

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
• 1st shift is Monday-Friday 5:30AM-1:30PM pay is $15/hour
• 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 1:30PM-9:30PM pay is $17/hour
• 3rd shift is Sunday evening-Friday morning 9:30PM-5:30AM pay is $17/hour
• Regardless of shift, orientation is the entire first week from 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating material handling equipment, specifically cherry pickers, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Equipment Operator - 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Lift 50 pounds
• Steel toe shoes/boots required
• Experience on stand up forklift, tugger, reach truck and cherry picker a plus.(must be willing to train)

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
