We are looking for a part-time, 1099 contracted Ancillary Provider who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation as well as mental health needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well‑being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long‑term sobriety. The Ancillary Provider is an instructor responsible for designing their classes, teaching content, and checking in with client progress. You will build healthy, professional relationships with your clients and offer personalized modifications and instruction. SCHEDULE: Must be available weekdays; preferred Monday afternoons RATE: $60 to 100 per hour What will your day look like? Ability to teach holistic or therapeutic services for group sessions Strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence Love of being creative, inspirational, and hard‑working Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for community, people, and Epiphany Wellness' values Passion for teaching holistic or therapeutic services in a professional business setting Ability to design and teach safe and effective holistic or therapeutic classes What you will need for this position: MUST HAVE Clinical Licensure in NJ - LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT to facilitate a clinical mental health or psycho ed group Designated Board Certification(s) in the area of service Preferred two‑three years experience as lead instructor; preferred mental health experience Who we are: Epiphany Wellness is a state‑of‑the‑art alcohol & drug addiction rehab center located in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Tennessee.
