Retail Display Installer - Technology

Job Overview Job Type: Per Required Need Work Location: Market - SS - CA - Downey Travel: up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time & mileage reimbursement Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends not required (unless needed) Hourly Pay: $20.25 per hour with next‑day pay on demand via DailyPay. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability. Complete assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install, build, and update displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete required forms, photos, and surveys before leaving each job site. Update displays according to planograms and client requests. Perform break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and work with teams of 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and complete related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall success. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Complete all training and certification programs within designated timeframes. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems. Stay available for weekend assignments as required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb a ladder up to 10 feet. Lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead. Skills & Experience Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use of a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo capture, and app usage. High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Installation and merchandising experience preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives. Ownership of an Android or Apple mobile device for uploads. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Transportation & Travel Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Leadership & Communication Strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills. Sound decision‑making, good judgment, problem‑solving ability.
