Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification—must be valid throughout the assignment
• Prior school-based experience, especially with elementary or pediatric populations, is strongly preferred
• Able to commit to all program and professional development (PD) dates as noted below
• Reliable transportation to on-site locations
• Demonstrated ability to support students with autism and collaborate with educators

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA/educational team direction
• Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors
• Support teachers with classroom management and behavioral strategies
• Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Attend PD sessions and contribute actively to the team’s objectives

Summer Program Details:

• PD Days: June 23 & 24 (Tuesday & Wednesday; 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Summer Program: July 6 – August 6 (Monday – Thursday; 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 28 hours/week)
