Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ready to make an impact in a rewarding summer role? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with strong school-based experience to support a summer Autism Program serving elementary-aged students. This is a contract opportunity for Summer 2026, working with motivated teams at two active school sites in the area.

In this position, you will:

  • Utilize your RBT expertise to implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA direction.
  • Support students’ daily engagement and growth in the classroom and onsite settings.
  • Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Document progress, track behavior data, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Attend professional development days prior to program start (required for onboarding).
  • Commit to working the full scheduled summer term without absences.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric/elementary settings preferred.
  • Reliable transportation to and from program sites.
  • Ability to work onsite during both PD days (June 23 & 24: 8:30am–3:00pm) and the full program (July 6–August 6: Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–3:30pm).
  • Commitment to support students with Autism in an educational environment.
  • Ability to provide relevant professional highlights and references.
