Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Marietta, GA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that allows weekly home time and requires minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Southeast, featuring top-notch equipment and competitive pay. Enjoy the freedom of OTR driving while sticking to a dependable schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles, ensuring you can maintain regular time for family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks.
- Equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is available.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers average $900 to $1,200 per week depending on mileage and performance.
- Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Regional routes covering Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
- All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
