I opened my agency in 2000 after previously working as a broker, and over the years I’ve built a team culture that feels supportive, motivated, and family oriented. Our team of seven works hard, celebrates wins together, and takes pride in creating lasting relationships with the customers and community we serve. We’re very involved in the community and believe in creating an environment where team members can grow personally and professionally while feeling valued and supported. Our office offers a 401K, opportunities to earn annual trips and bonuses, and a positive team atmosphere where hard work is recognized. I’m looking for someone who is motivated, self driven, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team that pushes each other to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
