About the Role:

Reset You MD is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Wellness Specialist & Office Manager to join our team in Winter Garden, FL!

This is a unique role for someone who has a strong background in health, wellness, medicine, exercise physiology, fitness, or a related field and enjoys helping people better understand their health.

The primary responsibility of this position will be conducting patient consultations, reviewing and helping patients understand their bloodwork, educating patients on our wellness programs, and helping them select the products and services that best fit their goals. This individual will also serve as the Office Manager , helping oversee daily operations, patient experience, staff accountability, and overall clinic performance.

Our clinic specializes in advanced blood testing, hormone optimization (HRT), peptides, GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, NAD+, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and longevity-focused wellness programs.

We are looking for someone who can combine health knowledge, exceptional communication, patient care, sales ability, and leadership into one important role within our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations with new and existing patients
• Review bloodwork and help educate patients on their laboratory results within the appropriate scope of the position
• Understand common health and wellness biomarkers and be comfortable discussing laboratory findings with patients
• Educate patients on available programs including HRT, peptides, GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, NAD+, advanced blood testing, supplements, aesthetics, and other wellness services
• Help patients understand their options and guide them toward appropriate services and programs recommended by our medical team
• Present treatment programs, memberships, products, and pricing confidently and professionally
• Follow up with patients and prospective patients regarding consultations, laboratory results, programs, and services
• Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention, referrals, and long-term participation in their health
• Work closely with physicians and medical providers when medical interpretation, diagnosis, prescribing, or clinical decision-making is required
• Manage day-to-day office operations and help ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Lead, motivate, and support clinic staff
• Monitor scheduling, patient flow, consultations, follow-ups, sales, and overall clinic performance
• Help maintain an organized, professional, positive, and high-performing office environment
• Stay current on our services, products, protocols, and developments within the wellness and longevity industry

Requirements:

• Experience reading and understanding bloodwork is strongly preferred
• Medical, health, wellness, fitness, or exercise physiology background preferred
• Previous experience in a medical practice, med spa, wellness clinic, hormone clinic, weight-loss clinic, fitness facility, or similar environment preferred
• Strong sales experience with the ability to confidently recommend and present products, services, and wellness programs
• Strong understanding or willingness to become highly knowledgeable in HRT, peptides, GLP-1 medications, IV therapy, NAD+, supplementation, laboratory testing, and longevity medicine
• Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex health information in a way patients can easily understand
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Organized, reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing medical wellness environment
• Passionate about health, wellness, longevity, and helping people improve their quality of life

Preferred Backgrounds:

Candidates with backgrounds in nursing, medical assisting, exercise physiology, kinesiology, health sciences, nutrition, personal training, health coaching, medical or pharmaceutical sales, hormone/weight-management clinics, functional or integrative wellness, or medical aesthetics are encouraged to apply.

Clinical licensure is not required for every aspect of this position; however, candidates must understand and respect the distinction between patient education and medical decision-making. Diagnosis, prescribing, and other activities requiring professional licensure remain under the direction of our licensed medical providers.
