Facilities Maintenance Technician Full Time Crossville, TN, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1382 General Job Description Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of Community Club facilities under the direction of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities Report to and assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks. Perform interior and exterior building repairs. Troubleshoot and repairs plumbing problems. Perform minor electrical and HVAC maintenance such as replacing a light switch or outlet, change filters, clean condensation pans. Perform preventative maintenance on all building systems as scheduled. Identify maintenance needs regarding the buildings and other facilities and keep management informed. Troubleshoot reported maintenance problems and recommends corrective action if not within the scope of our capability. Plans and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction. Provides accurate time and material reports for accounting purposes. Review SDS sheets regularly to be aware of chemicals associated with this position. Install and troubleshoot cabling for IT and camera needs. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED HVAC Repair and Electrical Troubleshooting Experience Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements Walking and standing for extended periods of time.
