Associate Risk Counsel | Healthcare & Commercial Contracts A rapidly growing healthcare services organization is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its collaborative legal team. This role offers broad exposure to commercial contracting, risk management, healthcare operations, regulatory matters, employment issues, and strategic business initiatives. What You'll Do Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and healthcare-related agreements. Partner with business leaders to identify and mitigate legal and operational risks. Support contract administration, due diligence efforts, and legal research initiatives. Advise on healthcare regulatory, compliance, privacy, employment, and general business matters. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a wide range of legal projects. What We're Looking For J.D. and active bar admission in good standing. 2+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment. Experience with contracts, healthcare, employment, corporate, regulatory, or compliance matters preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Practical business judgment and a collaborative approach. Long-term professional growth working for an attorney who will serve as a mentor within a collaborative legal team. Compensation and Benefits Target compensation range of $135,000 to $145,000 plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits + STI package. Hybrid role with two days per week in the office in the Vienna, VA area . Why This Opportunity?
