Location: Lehi, UT | Full-Time, In-Person

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $120,000+ On-Target Earnings

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in business development, account management, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers across various industries.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with customers, understanding their transportation needs and identifying opportunities for continued growth.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing new business.
• Develop customized logistics and transportation solutions that align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal operations and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience and exceptional ongoing service.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase customer revenue.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals, revenue targets, and business development objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales and account management experience required.
• Proven success in business development, customer acquisition, and managing long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and grow a book of business.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and relationship-based sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven environment.
• Experience in freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), transportation, or supply chain management is strongly preferred.

Base Salary: $60,000 annually plus commission
