Licensed Branch II Field Rep - Pest Control Technician
$25.00–$32.00/hour + Commission Opportunities
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Santa Rosa / North Bay

Racer Pest Control is a family-owned and operated company serving Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties. We're looking for an experienced, licensed Branch II technician who takes pride in providing quality work and taking care of their customers.

What You'll Do

As a Branch II Field Representative, you'll service residential and commercial customers throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting properties and identifying pest activity and conducive conditions
• Developing and performing effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services
• Safely applying pesticides and other pest management solutions
• Educating customers about pest activity, prevention, and recommendations
• Completing accurate digital service reports and diagrams
• Communicating service findings and customer needs with the office
• Building professional, long-term relationships with customers

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00–$32.00/hour , based on experience, qualifications, skills, and time licensed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Current California Branch II Field Representative License in good standing
• Previous Branch II Field Representative experience
• Valid California Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of common structural pests and control methods
• Understanding of Integrated Pest Management principles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned route
• Ability to use a smartphone for digital service reports and company software
• Professional, dependable, and committed to providing quality work

Additional experience we'd value:

• Rodent control and trapping
• Rodent exclusion
• Commercial pest control
• Use of FieldRoutes or GorillaDesk
• Sales or customer service
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Schedule - Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Start and end times may vary based on the day's schedule and company needs. Approximately 2–4 Saturdays per year and occasional overtime may be required based on service needs.

Physical Requirements

This is an active field position requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in attics, crawl spaces, at heights, and in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Daily travel is required between customer properties throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for work-related travel.
