If so, we have a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Supportive Care Service at MSK! Role Overview Provide palliative care to adult oncology patients in an independent, collaborative, and interdisciplinary practice model. Collaborate with primary disease management teams and, as part of an interprofessional Supportive Care team, provide palliative care to patients with various stages of cancer. Facilitate post-acute transitions from inpatient to outpatient care in accordance with patients’ values and goals. Key Qualifications Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure. Graduate from an accredited PA program. NCCPA certification. BLS certification. Alternative Qualification Path Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations. Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility). Related National NP certification. BLS certification. Experience in hospice & palliative care and/or graduate from an accredited hospice & palliative care fellowship strongly preferred. Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances. Additional Information Location: Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY. Hours: Flex 12-hour shifts – including weekends and holidays; 13 shifts per 4-week schedule (2 Openings – 1 Day & 1 Night). Training period will include 10–12 hour shifts 3–4 days/week with rotation. Reporting to: Associate Director, APP. Pay Range $155,500–$197,400 annually.
